I set up my payment configuration to accept visa and American express. When I test out the checkout i get to stage 5 (payment Information) and it comes up blank! It will not let me proceed. When i click okay it says “Your order can not be completed at this time as there is no payment methods available for it.”

I have the exact same issue.  I am using Magebridge extention to run the store out of Joomla.  But i have verified that it does not work using the Magento frontend as well.  This recently broke during the go-live process, but test transactions were completed successfully via Authorize.net in the past.
