Don´t purchase items from this site do not support 1.4 only work in magento magento 1.3.

I bought an item here three months ago and offering, not upgrade, it is very sad

I have a template we just got from them, It is functioning in the 1.4 test environment. You will need hard code if you have flash on it however. Let me know what error(s) you are getting. Their service is for the birds tho..make sure you have the SQL Dump file your template came with, maybe I can help.

BTW...I double checked b4 I bought and the online chat quote is here for you if you want.

Hi,

I think upgrade to magento 1.4 and ind to know if this theme its compatible and

the template id is Item number: 26558, i plan to make a clean installs no upgrade.

but is very confused for me and I need a clearer answer, I understand your mail template monster will not offer support for any of your magento templates?

I think it is necessary to clarify this point so that prospective buyers know they only sell limited products for magento 1.3

it mean that they would not give you the money back for outdated theme that you’ve purchased.

t’s not a question of money, the problem is that present day they continue to sell an obsolete product and do not take care of the updates to the new version, think it’s unethical.

I bought a template that was compatible with 1.3 and I am using 1.4 and it just does not work! I am getting this error message: Fatal error: Call to a member function toHtml() on a non-object in /home/sugarmo1/public_html/app/code/core/Mage/Core/Model/Layout.php on line 529

My friend bought also here and so far, he doesn’t have any problems. Let see what will happen next. I’m bit worried that it might happen also to my friend.
