Hi Community!

Ich habe den Shop installiert und eingerichtet und dabei ne Menge Testprodukte und Orders angelegt. Diese möchte ich gerne komplett löschen, d.h. die Datenbank zurücksetzen.

Geht das irgendwie oder muss ich alles neu einrichten und installieren?

du musst dir die jeweiligen tabellen in der datenbank suchen und löschen - ich glaube eine andere möglichkeit gibt es derzeit nicht

Richtig.. leider. Wir haben es mit php_my_admin geregelt.. alles zusammengesucht was man braucht, und dann alles rausgelöscht… Zuvor allerdings lieber den unliebsamen Stand kurz sichern, damit im Zweifel noch was übrigbleibt vom Shop

Kleiner Nachtrag,

Testbestellungen kann man ansonsten ganz bequem stornieren, solange diese noch nicht gebucht sind.

1. VERKÄUFE - Bestellungen auswählen
2. Alle Bestellungen mittels Checkbox auswählen
3. Aktion “stornieren” wählen und übermitteln

Et voila, das Dashboard is wieder clean.

Na Bestellung anklicken und rechts oben Aktion “Abbrechen” wählen. (Zumindest wenn man die deutsche Übersetzung an hat).
Schon sind die Bestellungen alle storniert.
