That’s great thanks Dave!  I’ll have a look over when I get a chance.

Just 5 modules left now (the biggest ones).

Do you think things like ‘Cannot’ should be changed to ‘Unable to’? I think it sounds better in most instances. (There’s a few of these in the Newsletter module.)

(Btw, some references to ‘State/Province’ are left intact as they refer to the drop downs of US states and Canadian provinces.)

Hi Dave,

very well done on seeing the translation to the end - great job. Being quite new here can I ask where I get it and how do I install it. I’ve looked in Connect but it’s not there.

Best wishes
Lee

Hi Lee,

It’s not been made an official extension yet (I’m just waiting to see if there’s anything I’ve missed). You can download the package here:

http://www.magentocommerce.com/langs

And install it manually into app/locale

Let me know if you need any help, or if there’s anything I’ve missed!

Well done Dave! Thanks for your hard work.  I do think you should be listed as the maintainer as Gavin seems to have lost interest.

Created GavinPearce

I wasn’t going to mention that wink

If there’s anything that needs changing, it can all be done through the same bit still, and I’ll still get emails about new suggestions.

Why can’t you download via Magento Connect?

It’s not the same as anything in this post, all the versions here are now significantly out of date.

You can download a zip package from: http://www.magentocommerce.com/langs

(This link may work: http://www.magentocommerce.com/langs/download/2/package)

If you are running Magento, then it will have Magento Connect. How can you test it without installing it? You can still use Magento Connect on a local installation?
