Hi, my client is having the same problem. I can’t describe what a headache this is to him, Shipping and Billing are crucial to them as they do deliveries themselves and can’t afford this to be confused. As a result he is having to visit every new client in person just to set up their e-Shop account so they don’t stuff up the addresses.
I can’t believe that I have been convinced about the wonders of Magento and yet this fundamental aspect, after years of discussion on this forum, is still not fixed. Is there an inbuilt fix for this yet ?
