Changing Base URL with Accessing Admin Panel

I’m currently working with Magento and we’ve been using it on a test domain. Finally we’ve decided to go live so we’ve transferred the domain over to the live domain, but now the live domain’s links in the Magento store are still redirecting to the test domain as we didn’t change the domain in the admin panel. Unfortunately the current domain is disabled, so we cannot switch back to the domain to access the admin panel to change the base URLs. Is there anyway we can change the base URL to the live domain now?

Assuming you can access your MySQL db for the store, using phpmyadmin or similar find the table core_config_data and you will see the base URL’s there and can edit them to what ever you need to gain access.
