“Customer Not Notified” for shipment, even though “Email Copy of Shipment” is selected….

I am not sure what the problem is, does anyone else have this problem?

Also, how do i change the processing to complete for orders that i have logged into authorize.net and captured manually.

I think you would need to invoice the order first, then you can add the shipping information.
