Magento

Is there a way to let every store use the same increment number for orders/invoices/packing slips etc. Magento now creates per store a new increment but I just want to have a global increment which will be used for every store inside my magento installation.

I couldn’t find anything about this on the web so far.

I think that there is a global order number/id.  You may be able to make that the order number that is displayed instead of the store order number.  The order number does appear in a lot of places so it may be more of a hassle than it is worth.
