Does upgrading via Magento Connect automatically make a backup?

joseph Total Posts: 11 Joined: 2007-12-19 Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada Ignore user	Normally when we upgrade we always take a back-up. In the wiki, though, it doesn’t mention this when upgrading via Magento Connect. Does MC do this automatically, or should I do my own backup in the event that something should go wrong?
