Fedex shipping not working

I have the FedEx shipping enabled and entered my Account ID but it still doesn’t seem to be working.

The product I am testing with has a valid weight entered as well. I’m getting the error “This shipping method is currently unavailable. If you would like to ship using this shipping method, please contact us.”

Here is a screenshot of my Fedex shipping settings and the error I’m getting.

What is the shipping origin in the configuration for this website?

The origin as set in the Shipping settings is :

Canada, Ontario, Brampton, L6Y0J8

This is the information I’ve got, hope this helps:

“FedEx - do not work with domestic operations in non U.S.A countries.”

Looks like it will work only when originating from US.

Hmm, but I’ve seen that the oscommerce module works with Canada as it’s origin:

http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/1462

It works from origins in Canada and the US, other origins have not been tested.

Is there any way for me to check if it’s even connecting to Fedex, and if it is, what the actual error is that fedex is sending back?

Again.. is there any possible way to see the real error that Fedex is sending back? The error “This shipping method is currently unavailable. If you would like to ship using this shipping method, please contact us” is not helping me at all in terms of debugging.
