3 prices - do I need multi-store set up?

Hello,

I can’t quite figure out if Magento can handle this situation…

I sell the same products at 3 price points: 1 for retail customers anywhere; 1 for wholesale customers in Canada; 1 for wholesale customers in the US.

The wholesale discount is based on the MSRP, and the MSRP is different in Canada and the US, which is why I need the 2 different wholesale prices.

Specifically: I need prices of $3.25, $1.625 and $1.475. The selling rules differ as well. Retail has free shipping and no minimum. Wholesale pays shipping and has a minimum quantity of 6 of any one product and a minimum value of $100 for the order, not counting shipping or tax.

I think this can be done using the multi-store idea, but if someone could confirm, I’d appreciate it.

Rob

It is possible to set this up on a single store where the different prices per customer group can be achieved using the catalog price rules, while the shipping logic can be done using the shopping cart price rules.

Thanks
