We are glad to introduce you a new feature in our Landing Pages extension!

Now the module supports canonical URLs.

That means your store is protected from content duplication in search engines.

The extension also supports category URL suffixes. For example, when you define URL suffix .html for your store product and category pages (System -> Configuration -> Catalog -> Search Engine Optimizations), the extension will include .html suffix in the canonical URL too.

For more details, user guide and live demo please follow the link - http://amasty.com/landing-pages.html

Hi,

When changing the “Use Canonical Link Meta Tag For Categories” properties in the SEO category section, does it update for products that have already been uploaded or does it only apply to new products?

Regards,

Carlos

Looks like a great addition, congrats on the launch!

Canonical tags are imperative so glad you integrated that.
