Hello,

I’ve installed Magento along with the provided sample data.  I’m now trying to get a “Shopping Cart Price Rule” working. 

I’ve set up a rule that matches the condition “Manufacturer is Sony”, with an action to give free shipping to the entire shipment.  However, when I add a Sony Vaio to my shopping cart and go through the checkout procedure, I’m still charged for shipping.  How should I go about debugging this?

Furthermore, if I have such a shopping cart promotion (Free shipping for Sony products), is there a way to make the product view page indicate that the product is eligible for free shipping?
