Ok...This is very odd but all of a sudden, products attributes do not show anymore so we cannot select any options ....
Things have been messed up someho because when I go to the admi section, I do not see products images anymore… Configurable products do not have attributes anymore..and there is a message saying “Price values for options should be specified in system base currency.”
This happened all of a sudden with not apparent reason as I did not modify anything… Is ther a way to do a clean install without losing data?
This is really urgent as the site is live and I cannot take order on some products anymore.. Many thanks in advance

Yes, I believe you delete local.xml and then run the install again - just connect to the same database and your files will be there.  One of the Varien team members posted somewhere on this forum on how to do it.

Thaks for your reply.. I actually did that but it would not change anything… I sorted it out by changing the “head.php” file .... god knows why ..but i am now facing another kind of pb.. this is driving me up the wall and I wonder where Magento staff is!

Probably busy working on the next release - at this point you’re not really guaranteed a reply unless you’re paying for support.  It’s all part of the open source project with community forums package.

I’m a little bit confused since you said you deleted the store ... when does this code display? When you just try to go to the store or when you try to do something.  Do you have a link?
