Magento

This is my first time using Magento Shopping cart.  I had purchased my theme from template monster and re-modified the style.css file myself to make it look the way I wanted to (changed the color scheme/backgrounds) I’ve tried to set things up and test the store out.

When I try to test out the shopping cart I do not receive an order confirmation email after I’ve ordered something.  I use yahoo email… is it yahoo or my magento configuration.. or what?  i am so confused.  I’ve created emails for all my sales emails… I’ve enabled everything… so I am not sure what is going wrong.  The Contact Us form works for me…

Have you done any additional testing for this issue?  A lot of things can go wrong with email.  Try BCCing emails to multiple different addresses on different servers/domains if possible.  This will rule out any spam or other blocking issues.
