請問語言選項在哪設定?

第一次安裝使用Magento，版本為 ver. 1.3.2.4。
想幫magento中文化，便使用先前他人翻譯好的ver. 1.2.0版本再做修改。
我把部分翻譯好的檔案放到 /public_html/123coming/shop/app/locale/zh_TW/
請問語言選項要在哪設定? 此外，我的編碼是utf-8, NO BOT。不知道為什麼在utf-8編碼的後台看還是亂碼。
除非把編碼改成big-5才能正常顯示。

我把幾篇我改好的先丟上來 http://www.vicky-lab.com/test/itsok.tar。希望有人可以幫忙看一下問題出在哪。
大家齊力把新版本的中文化搞定。

或許是資料庫的編碼設定不正確, 資料庫的編碼設定也應當是UTF8的.

另外如果编码要改为big-5才正常,你看下数据库是否正确呢?
繁体版很多客户都需要,很关注你的语言包,辛苦了

楼主请参考：
1. 涉及文件夹有：
程序语言：

&magento;_root_folder%\app\locale\
前台：
&magento;_root_folder%\app\design\frontend\default\default\locale
后台：
&magento;_root_folder%\app\design\adminhtml\default\default\locale
2. 编辑中文语言文件：
使用MS Excel（我用过MS OFFICE 2007编辑过前人成就直接保存没有问题，因为其已被设置为UTF无DOM格式）；
使用notepad++，请选择“以UTF无DOM格式编码”并保存。
