I have been playing around with Magento ( Ver 1.0) but I can’t solve out the problem with catalog price rules. It seem the catalog price rules not working. I have followed with the tutorial in the knowledge base but it doesn’t work anymore. I have tried all manner and made sure I apply the rule every time but still nothing.

could anyone tell me whether this is something that isn’t working yet in Magento? Or, is there something that I’m doing wrong?

I’m having the same problem.  I had them working fine in 0.8 release but now have moved to stable 1.0 and my catalog price rules seem to have no affect.

Make sure that for every store you have the price and special price attributes are not checked in “Use Default Value” ( have to be unchecked! )

Hi, all

I changed my hosting from ixwebhosting to helping hand hosting. Now, the Catalog Price Rule works well. However, the rule will be automatically stopped after 1-2 days. can anyone help me?

There are no check boxes for price and special price attributes since the price and special price are global defined, not website.

Does anyone have any other ideas for the catalog price rules. I followed the article in the knowledge base as well and these rules are not showing up at all.
