First, how did they do this? Is this a hack or an accident. I tried several ways to place an order or create an account without an email on my site and it didn’t work?

I have guest ordering disabled.

Any info would be appreciated. The only info I have on this customer is their phone # and the shipping address.

happened to me too, customer bought an virtual item witch cant be delivered because of missing email address

Sorry to bump this but if anyone has any clues as to why this is happening your input would be greatly appreciated. We are using version 1.3.2.4. and it happens 2-3 times a week.

I am also having same problem with my live store. Any idea how that is possible, if the the gust checkout is disabled?

We just had this occur on one of our client’s websites on 1.5.1. This had never happened before in their 3 year history of running Magento.

Any ideas?
