How do I get Varien to answer emails??????????????????

brassones Total Posts: 14 Joined: 2009-01-29 Ignore user	I have a 6 figure budget to invest in an ecommerce platform. we are a serious ecommerce business with serious budget. I fill in the contact form - and nobody answers my email from Varien for 2 days? How can I take Magento seriously, when they dont even answer commercial emails from serious buyers???
