Under Orders in Magento when I try to ship something this error message shows at the top that says: “Can not save shipment. Can not do shipment for order. “
It saves the shipment information (ie. the tracking number) in the Shipments tab and says the customer was sent the shipment email, but they weren’t because of the error message, and when I click Send Tracking Information another error pops up saying “Can not send shipment information.” And again the customer is not notified.
