Setting module/controller specific titles in layout.xml

Just running into grief trying to set a specific default title for a controller / module in my app.

For example to override the default title you would go in mylayoutmodule.xml

<default>
<reference name="head">
<action method="setTitle"><params><![CDATA[’My title yayyyy!]]></params></action>
</reference>
</default>

But then say you have another module, with another layout.xml, then you’re stuffed.

So how could you limit this default title to a specific controller or specific module?

Like you could go

<module_index_index>
<reference name="head">
<action method="setTitle"><params><![CDATA[’My title yayyyy!]]></params></action>
</reference>
</module_index_index>

But that would only apply to the index action on the index controller. I don’t want to have to repeat this default title for each action in each controller in my module.

Anyway I hope what I’m asking here is clear, I really appreciate any pointers!

Cheers!
