Hey guys.

I’m developing a site for a friend and everything is going pretty good.
There’s this one very important feature that needs to be created.

They need to offer 2 different pricing depending on if the user is an end-user or retailer.
Now, I know there are a few workarounds. 1) catalog price rules, but this is only by a percentage. Which doesn’t really make sense. 2) Create 2 websites with their own website specific pricing. Which doesn’t really make sense for this project as well.

I’ve searched around and around. Found a few posts here on the forums with no real solution.

I’m not really sure where else to turn for this.
And would greatly appreciate some help or guidance.

Thank you.

Tier pricing is for multiple quantities.
I need to set a pricing per 1 qty.

And I would really like to do this without creating another store.
I already have it set up so that depending on what information they provide upon registration, it flags them as “end-user” or “retailer”.
End-user being able to shop right away, and retailer having to wait for account activation.

All I need is the pricing to go along with it. =)

Thanks guys. Would appreciate additional ideas.

Hmm.. I guess that can work for now.
I’ll just modify the way it’s displayed.

Thanks!
