Hi,

it would be cool if I could have certain people just be able to see reports related to a specific store or customer group as I might be running multiple stores (a huge plus point for Magento for supporting this) and I don’t want all employees to be able to see the sales numbers of all stores.

Agreed—I don’t want a store manager from one store messing with the other stores.  Would like to limit access store-to-store.

It was mentioned earlier that this feature is in conflict with magento license… and this may be something like on Demand feature… and Varien is planning to offer on demand feature for clients… so asking for such feature may be unheard… It would be really nice to have such thing in magento for me. because I’m making shops for licensed merchandise where many companies sell their merchandise… and it wouldnt be good to show other stores for my clients :D so different installation for different store, or no client login to backend :D
