We have an existing Fedex account number which we’ve been using for years. I put that number into the Account ID field of the Fedex shipping method config page. When trying to check something out it gives me this error:
This shipping method is currently unavailable. If you would like to ship using this shipping method, please contact us.
I’ve tried on local (Canada), US, and international addresses and it gives me the same error account.
Am I putting in the wrong number? Am I overlooking something completely obvious.
I did a search through the forums and wasn’t able to find an answer.
