We’re having an issue that thus far has affected only a few orders but that is very embarrassing and inconvenient. These orders have two problems in common:
1. None of them was submitted to the payment gateway. The gateway (Authorize.net) has no record of even receiving the orders.
2. The order detail page for each of these orders displays the full credit card number, whereas all other orders correctly display only the truncated number (xxxx-9999).
Of about 50 orders submitted in our store over the last few weeks, only four have had this issue. But for obvious reasons it needs to be fixed promptly.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any fixes available?
