I have a small issue. We configure a furniture store and for each product i have
Model, Width, Height, Depth

On product view page (front-end) i need to display this attributes in the following order :
Model, Width, Height, Depth

but i can configure this the attributes are displayed;
Width, Model, Height, Depth

Tried everything and alphabetical identifiers too with no luck. Is this display order a stable version feature or just a small bug

It sounds like your using configurable products. If you are you can drag and drop the position that you want each attribute to display in the backend under associated products. If your using simple products, you have to change the order in the attribute set by going to m Catalog > Attributes > Manage Attribute Sets

Are you using custom attributes that you created yourself?

yes, i use custom attributes and i have crated this in ‘Manage Attributes’
