We recently started using one of the themes from Magento community and have been experiencing problems with sending emails from two areas, emails from invoice page and customer contact us using a form which came with the template.
1. Emails sent to customers using customer email address in the invoice page not received despite confirmation that the email was sent.. I have checked with the email providers and I’ve been assured there’s no problem at their end.
2. Emails sent by customers from the contact us form page is the same outcome.
Can anyone advise me on what I need to do in order to fix this problem.
