I run multisite under one magneto installation

I have my file, database and website A in web server 1

while I have to place my website B in web server 2

I place the index.php and .htaccess to server 2,

may I know how to locate the file Mage.php (in server 1) in the index.php file (in server 2)?

Thank you

I think you almost answered your question
Do you understand what’s going on?

what is the practical benefits of having index.php on another server?

cheers

You will want to make sure you have your entire directory sync’d between the two servers while leaving your DB on server 1. You will also want to centralize your Session and Cache Storage.

Are you using a load balancer, or are you just using Admin for server b and frontend for sever a?

this is because my market is in China, Japan, US and Europe

In order to operate business in China, the China site has to be hosted in server located in China

but I don’t want to host the whole magento database and files in that server, I want to host it in US server

Technically it is possible but you would have serious peformance issues, we can suggest a solution where the core servers are in US and secondary China based servers in Tokyo for lower latency from the same provider as have a fast interconnecting cross region infrastructure.
