These payment module(s) have been tested using the following specs:
• Apache HTTPD 2.2.11
• MySQL 5.1.33
• PHP 5.2.11
• Magento v1.4.0.1
• Windows system only

NOTE: All support questions should be sent to support@securetrading.com

PLEASE ENSURE THAT XPAY/XPAY4 IS INSTALLED BEFORE CONSIDERING INSTALLING THIS MODULE - THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!

More information on XPay/XPay4 can be found here http://www.securetrading.com/support/xpay.html

By using either of the below module(s) you acknowledge that the author(s) will not be liable for any financial loss or damage caused by installation.

The main area of concern with the old modules (v0.0.3-) was that they changed a core component of the Magento file structure and thus caused problems when updating to the latest version of Magento. This has now been resolved

v2.0

• FIX - Duplicate orders for MOTO transactions (Reorder).

Latest v2.1

• Documentation has been updated to include Magento v 1.4.0.1

Please bookmark this thread as the module may be updated.

Note: These module(s) also support the new XPay4 client (XPay4 supports Java 1.6_+)

Very Important: If you have already installed an older ST module (Before v1.5), then it would have already replaced the core file in the Magento structure (Not good). If this is the case, you would need to reinstall the new version of Magento and then re-apply an updated ST module (v1.7).

Core file directly affected:

OnepageController.php (Magento Core file - app\code\core\Mage\Checkout\controllers)

I do always advise that you have a backup system in place.

Thanks for the update, it fixes a few issues I have been experiencing.  However, one bug that still needs to be fixed is the output of the order confirmation emails, it’s still displaying too much information to the client, including:

- Auth code
- Request type
- Link to MyST!
- Security code check
- Post Code Check
- Host Number Check

Hi,

Thanks for this info - I have taken control over this module and am not aware of all issues at this time.

Hi,

Sorry, it’s not actually the order confirmation that contains this information, it’s the shipping email.

To reproduce log into the admin interface, go to Sales > Orders, click on an order and click the ‘Ship’ or ‘Deliver’ button, then click ‘Submit delivery’.

This is also the case for the invoice email.

Thanks,

Jamie

OK - I’ll look into that, but not sure whether it will be in the next release (1.6) - Thanks

Hi Darren,

Just to make you aware than using the module on the new version of Magento (1.3.2.2) has another issue.  It seems that it creates duplicate orders in the database, it only takes one payment but two orders exist with the same order number.

Thanks,

Jamie

Hi - This was a bug in v1.5 - Please see the above v1.6 which should resolve this issue.

I can confirm this does indeed fix the problem with duplicate orders, however using 3D-secure it seems that duplicate order confirmation emails are sent to the customer.

I’d also like to make a feature request to enable the changing of the settlement status in the admin panel. Most, if not all, of my clients wish to have the settlement status of new orders set to ‘automatic’ (0).  Currently I have to comment out the settlement status from the XML included in the module which has the desired effect.

I am trying to upgrade from version 0.03 Beta to the latest version 1.7

I have renamed all of the old Secure Trading directories SecTradold etc and copied over the new files into the right places. Ive emptied my cache and put the old core file OnepageController.php back in place.

When I check out I get the warning message “There was an error processing your order, please try again later”

Is there anything obvious I am missing out or can anyone point me in the right direction? I’m on magento 1.3.2.2

Hi,

The best way to find out what the issue is would be to check the log files within the “var” folder. If your still not sure, then you can PM me or post the line from the error log.

What to check

1 .As you are using the XPay system, you may want to check the certificate location within the admin section of Magento. Make sure you have referenced this correct and that the certificate is there.

2. Make sure you are using the recommended PHP version, which has been tested with the module 5.2.9

We’ve started to get a few ‘Declined’ orders coming through as ‘Processing’ which is very bad. Previously (with 0.03 beta version) if an transaction was declined by the bank an order would not be created. As we have to open up each order individually and check the ‘Payment Information’ Status and cross check this with MySt it is now very time consuming and not ideal.

Is this a bug or is there a setting I can tweak to put it right?

I am on v 1.7

This is now resolved in v1.8

Is it possible that this module changed some files in Magento? After I install it My categories stopped working, it was working fine, and after installing this module crached, I can see cart or login page, I cannot see category page, Can it be because I tried to make an order, but I stopped just before payment.

here is error I get:

OnepageController.php (Magento Core file - app\code\core\Mage\Checkout\controllers)

What is your sys specs such as PHP, Linux/Windows, Magento version?
