Changing the colour of best selling products

I am currently trying to change the best selling products colour from orange to blue but cannot find the relevant code. I know that there is going to be a simple answer to this and that it will be very easy to change it but i have looked everywere and cannot fin it. I have looked in cms>manage pages and the relevant page but its not in there
