Hi,
can I delete the ‘color’ attribute? The manual says that system attributes can not be deleted, but I already deleted the ‘manufacturer’ system attribute successfully 
The reason I want to delete the attribute because I need a textfield instead of a dropdownbox so the shop admin can add fancy colors, not just the predefined ones. Since I can not change the input type of the attribute I have to delete and re-create it.
Is this the recommended way to do it, or can it lead to trouble with the product configuration? I’m a little bit confused about the machanics of the system attributes
Can somebody point this out for me?
