how can i make as below 3d view of an image?

is there any magento extansion that can accomplish this? if not and someone can do this for me i would be glad to pay an amount for such extension.

i dont think that’s what i’m looking for, or is it? can i use it if i have an image/images that I want to show to the users in 3d? and how can i implement this in magento?
