Hi all,

We are a UK merchant who will now begin taking credit/debit card payments for the first time.
(via the Sagepay [aka Protx] payment gateway).  We are using the form option (i.e. payment is completed on the sagepay site).

I was wondering:
- What base rule configurations do you use for 3D Secure and AVS/CV2?
- Have you blocked IP addresses and/or cards associated with a certain country(s).
