What issues are you facing during the installation process?

When I attempt to march through the installation process via browser, I attempt to go to:
http://www.pawblemsolvers.com <-- this url auto redirects to:
http://www.pawblemsolvers.com/index.php/install/

which displays error--> No input file specified.

If I remove the:
http://www.pawblemsolvers.com/index.php/install/
from the url, I get:

Magento agreement page

After clicking “I agree” checkbox and then “Continue”

I get:
http://www.pawblemsolvers.com/index.php/install/wizard/beginPost/
No input file specified…

Is mod_rewrite enabled in the server?

According to Godaddy documentation, mod_rewrite is installed/enabled by default:

Mod_rewrite is an Apache web server module installed on all of our Linux servers by default; it does not have to be installed or enabled. Our Linux hosting accounts support most mod_rewrite functionality.

http://support.godaddy.com/help/article/898/what-is-modrewrite

However, I did also find this clue to mod_rewrite:

Because enabling mod_rewrite is handled at a global level, you do not need to enable it in your httpd.conf file. You only need to add the desired code to the body of your .htaccess file.

Our environment uses the vendor-provided code from Apache for mod_rewrite. Current Apache HTTPD documentation is accurate with regard to how to use .htaccess files.

Good bye Magento. We’ll just use something else. We originally requested a sales call via Web form and were considering your enterprise solution. No response. Next we tried to get things going without uprooting our entire hosting situation using the Magento Community option; to make sure this was a company interested in seeing us succeed. Not a hole lot of help here (in this forum) either. We can see others getting help in the forum, but for some reason, we just get passed up. Thanks. We have found a competitor willing to take on our needs…
