Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

That sounds like your missing the .htaccess file or lunarpages dont have mod_rewrite installed.

Hi,
I am using Lunarpages as well and I have completed the installation and resolved the same problem you are facing.
If you would Private Message me your MSN or Yahoo Contact, I will help you get it done.
However, after I have completed the installation, I am currently still debugging some aspects of the installed site. Just so you know there are still some little issues to solve after a successful installation. Hope I can resolve that soon. But I am pretty sure I can help you with your existing problem.
Cheers,
Calvin

I realize this is an old thread, but… I just tried installing Magento on my Lunarpages server and got the innoDB error: Database server does not support InnoDB storage engine
I used the magento-check.php file beforehand and everything looked peachy.
Anyway, after spending hours on this and speaking with Lunarpages support, who informed me that innoDB storage engine is not available on their shared server accounts, I’d like to know if anyone has had success with Magento on Lunarpages shared accounts? Or is there a workaround to the innoDB issue?
Also, Magento guys… Is it possible for you to include a check for innoDB storage engine in your magento-check.php file? I’m sure that would save a lot of people a lot of time
