Hello! I´ve just come to know this site and this ecommerce platform, and it sounds wicked!!
I´ve one question though, before trying it out. At this time I´ve no need to include process checkout and payments in my products...I just wish to display them, using all Magento’s features. Is it possible to disable the checkout and payment process from my catalog?
I’m doing the exact same thing for my company, Ifolo Media. What I ended up doing was modifying the phtml template files. I commented out or deleted everything that displayed price or checkout information. Most everything you’ll have to change is in app/design/frontend/default/default/templates/catalog/: view.phtml, list.phtml, etc.
