Appears to have installed properly, until I tried to add products to Google base with the following error:

Warning: include(Zend/Gdata/Gbase/Extension/ItemEntry.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/mysite/public_html/lib/Varien/Autoload.php on line 93

Located the file in a different location: Zend/Gdata/Gbase/ItemEntry.php

Copied to Zend/Gdata/Gbase/Extension/ItemEntry.php but now I get the following message:

Class Zend_Gdata_Gbase_Extension_ItemEntry does not exist

Any suggestions?

Thanks

have the same issue with 1.3.2.1 as well.

At the link above they’ve reported it fixed in 1.3.2.2 and we await its release.

So is there a patch or workaround in the meantime? I mean can’t they just say yeah copy replace these files. It’s part of the next release, etc?? why the wait and withholding of the patch?

This just sucks. I went through my entire inventory and added the the missing condition values and product types for google base. I was all excited to have google happy with my data, and then BAM! can’t even resubmit my products…

Looks like we will be waiting quite a while before 1.3.2.2 is release according to the roadmap… [ http://www.magentocommerce.com/roadmap/release/1.3.2.2 ] If we want this issue patched before then, we’ll probably have to find the solution ourselves.... unless anyone at Varien wants to help us out with a patch… (doubtful)

O.K… determined a fix for this issue in 1.3.2.1

Find this line of code (#938) in /public_html/store/lib/Zend/Gdata/App.php

@#Zend_Loader::loadClass("${name}_${class}");

and change it to this…

@Zend_Loader::loadClass("${name}_${class}");

The fix helped in the sense that I can now load the items, but it does not load the correct prices

Wilco,

Can you explain a bit more about the problem you’re encountering with the product prices in the Googlebase feed?

I looked in my magento/lib/Zend/Gdata/App.php file and that line is already uncommented… yet I’m still receiving the error as above: Warning: include(Zend/Gdata/Gbase/Extension/ItemEntry.php)

This is on 1.3.2.1, as well… so I’m at a loss as to what is going on with this.

Wilco,

Can you explain a bit more about the problem you’re encountering with the product prices in the Googlebase feed?

Wallace, sorry for the late response.

After the upload I saw some unrealistic prices (e.g. €1 for an item that is listed at €1795).

I now understand that it has to do with the attribute mapping: Price = price and Special Price = user-defined

The only problem that now exists with Base for me is that it’s sending the prices excl VAT even though the store view is to display both incl and excl VAT

But that is in a seperate thread so I hope to get an answer there.
