Hi,

If I create a 10$ coupon and limit the quantity to 1 and amount to 1 why is it applied to EVERY unique product in the cart? Isn’t it supposed to just give a discount of 10$ from the WHOLE price of the cart?

If I configure it to “Stop processing further rules” it won’t even accept the coupon code in the cart. Is this a bug?

Sintax: it’s not a bug, but missing functionality - for fixed amount discount for whole cart.

Currently all the price rules will be applied by product. That means percentage discount would work for whole cart, but not fixed amount.

and how would you get a discount for the total of the cart based on a unique code? Would a gift certificate work? How can those be applied to the cart?

Will the missing functionality be resolved in the first production release?
