I would like to have the option to post a public follow-up response to customers’ product reviews on the website.
For example, a customer reviews a product saying, “I like it, but can’t figure out how to do xyz with the product.”
It may be helpful to post the customer’s review unedited, with a follow-up reply beneath it saying, “Thank you for your review. This is how you do xyz with this product. Hope that helps.”
For another example, say there is a customer complaint. You can post the bad review to be fair, and then post a follow-up response professionally addressing the customers’ concern.
In another case, a customer posts a gleaming review about how you went above and beyond to help them. Maybe it would be nice to post a reply, “Thank you for the kind remarks! We are glad you enjoyed this product, and look forward to serving you in the future.”
