BTW probleem

Ik heb de BTW ingesteld op 19% voor alle producten op mijn site, echter als ik een product in de winkelwagen stop dan is de BTW die berekend word 16%. Hebben meer mensen dit probleem? Of heeft iemand een oplossing hiervoor?. Groet, J.
