Yes ok no problems. I have been contacted by KenDesign (Freeshareall.com) and am now a VIP member, but i cannot find out how to purchase the hellominty theme. I have contacted KenDesign again and awaiting his reply.
His first reply to my email only took 11hours, and seeing i am on the other side of the world, its not bad at all! Pity HelloThemes isn’t this quick!

Actually me had contact the hosting that hosted hellothemes, i just want the hosting put a little concern to their customer.
Regarding the freeshareall.com, if you have any update on this, please update here.
A quick update. I am now a VIP Member of http://freeshareall.com (for one month) - $15 US Cost. I have also purchased the HelloThemes templates (Pink, Green and Blue) for $30 US. I have had confirmation from KenDesign (who runs http://freeshareall.com) and i am told my template will be emailed to me within 12 hours.
This service is great. By the way - still no reply from hellothemes, no surprise.
I place an order for upgrade to VIP member at http://freeshareall.com at 9.15am (Malaysia time). VIP member fee is $15.00 for one month.
Now waiting for freeshareall.com to confirm my account.
P/S: I understand if i buy the template from the non-official website, maybe it consider illegal, but i really like the hellothemes template and i need the template for my website now, so i have no choice.
I already received the template file at 6.15PM (2009-08-11) Malaysia time.
The seller to make he will receive the complete payment after 12 hours, the seller separate the files to send to me.
So temporary i only received the source file wthout the theme files.
I ordered my theme a few weeks ago, it took a few days to get the email with the link but I finally did. However, there is a bug with the HelloPress theme that I purchased. I’ve been trying to contact them to see if they have a fix, but I haven’t gotten a response. I just emailed the developer again.
Has anyone else had a problem with the HelloPress theme? My problem is in the top shopping cart information. After you add a few items to the cart, navigate to the home page, the shopping cart information says 0 items. Then when you navigate to another page, it may display the correct information. I was able to duplicate this problem on the template demo site. It’s really strange. It’s like the information is being cached. One time, I was testing out the problem with two browsers and one browser had the cart information from the other and vice versa. I wonder if this is a Magento bug.
Forget about emailing them. Magento already upgraded to the latest version and there’s definitely nothing from these guys.
So sad, bought 2 themes just like that. :(
Just watch out for a new theme company that look exactly like them, smell like them, with the domain registration kept private.

I bought a theme from hellothemes.com and I am having problems with a little CSS issues on IE8 and my categories must be anchored in ordered to show products (I don’t want all my categories to do that). The forum post is here with pictures: http://www.magentocommerce.com/boards/viewthread/53335/
Now I don’t get it, is http://freeshareall.com part owner of these templates or did he just steal him? I don’t really care, I just need help fixing my theme (helloclean).
Personally I don’t think taking it upon yourself to distribute their themes to the world was the right thing to do.
Anyway I have just perchanced and received my theme from HelloThemes.
What I would suggest (and what I did) to anyone thinking of using them. Email them first, stating you are ready to purchase and that you want to know how long you are going to have to wait for delivery. (if it takes them a week to reply then move on!)
This way you make communication before parting with cash.
This is what I did, waited 1day for a initial reply, then 3 or 4 emails were exchanged within an hour or so. I then placed my order and the next morning I had the download link (as promised).
They may have been having server issues, or it may well be a one man band which to much on his hands (which makes no odds really) or anti fraud measures. Either way they are there, but just make contact first, stating you are ready to buy but want conformation of delivery times before you spend

We should be live with HelloThemes v2 in the next 2-4 weeks. We will be offering membership subscriptions, 3 new themes and a variety of new magento extensions.

I bought one hellotheme template and the first impression was really good: quick providing of the download link and good reaction to my first mails. Unfortunately the promised Photoshop files were not fully delivered with the template and to get some it is a pain in the neck. One reply after 3 mails and putting them under pression… I can not recommend this templates. Even if the design is quite smart, the support is a shame. Please observ: if you intend to internationalize your shop with those templates, you have to take into consideration that every graphical element is a picture: buttons, banner… A lot of work to change all the stuff in different languages.

I agree theme is great but the support package was a bit bad. I hope they can do something about these.

This is a must to all shops. They should think about this because without this customer will lose interest to the product.

I’m having the same issue. I purchased HelloPod from their website and when I received the package, the PSD Files included were pretty useless… It came with 6 PSD files, none of which included the whole design PSD - only certain images (ie. logo, shipping image, toll free number image).
Getting in touch with them seems impossible. They are never on their Live Chat, I’ve left a message on their live chat, I’ve emailed sale@hellothemes.com as they have suggested in these forums and on their website, but have not received a response. Their website links don’t seem to be working properly as some links still link to Wordpress…
I honestly wish I did more research on this company before purchasing their product…
