We are using version 1.7.0 with PayPal pro but have come across difficulty resolving the status of some of our orders.
These few random orders have been paid through PayPal, funds captured and products shipped. However, the status for these orders remain at ‘Pending Payment’ (when no authorization nor capture information have been received from PayPal) and ‘Processing’ (when no capture information has been received from PayPal).
We have contacted PayPal regarding this and they have confirmed that the authorization and capture info have been sent out. However, these were not logged by Magento and continue not to show up on the Order View / Transactions page in contrast to the other normal ‘Completed’ orders.
Hence, these orders are stuck in ‘Pending’ or ‘Processing’ status. Is there anyway to manually update the Transaction information or some way to update these status without changing the order numbers/re-invoicing?
