I intend on having multiple websites run from one Magento backend, but would like different pricing on each of the websites. Is there a way to do this while sharing inventory among these websites, or must separate Magneto installations be made for each site? Thanks for any help that can be provided.
The Magento hierarchy works as follows: Installations -> Website -> Store -> Language
Stores must share the same product pricing. But Websites don’t have to. You can set up two websites that run on the same admin. You’ll have to duplicate your category trees and your product database, but your products will have different pricing.
