Magento

i need to set a base rate (for example, $5.00 shipping), and then add on $1 for each additional item. how would i do this?

for example, $5 for first item, two more items added to cart, for a shipping total of $7.

oscommerce has this ability but i did not see it in magento.

does this feature not exist yet? i have looked around and not found any reference to this type of shipping calculation.
