Hi,

For the second time this week we can’t access the backend does not load. Last time it was resolved after an hour or so, but this time the problem persists. There is no error page, it just keeps loading. There are no log entries in http logs , no messages in the main message log file.

So far i have tried:
-cleared the var/cache directory
-restarted apache server
-Looked if the index.php had been hacked (another post)

Any clues?

Same problem here. This problem appaers several times a day and holds on for five minutes, making fast working nearly impossible. I have disabled almost everything that the administration panel could do (RSS updates ect.), but without any luck.
