Ever since my upgrade to 1.3 it seems there is a limit of 10 MB file upload or download through Magento.

Customer purchases a downloadable product, the link is supplied, however when the customer goes to download the file it stops at 10 MB.

This is not a host problem as I much as I can figure out, ie… I can ftp a file to a directory, then the file can be downloaded with no problems via http… my php.ini file and the .htaccess file both have settings to allow files over 100 MB.

Don’t know where to look next.
