In order to get past this I used the base URL of the secure.bluehost.com hoping to come back to this later, and enter the correct information into the config.  It allowed me past, and I had a functioning site.

Now, I am stuck not being able to go secure.  If I run in non-secure mode, using http for the secure settings, then I can pretty much do everything, but of course that won’t do.

I’m trying to install on HostMonster which is a subsidiary of BlueHost.  I know I have to pay extra for secure mode.  Maybe it would work for you if you upgraded your account.
