Hello @all,
I’ve added some more attributes in color for my shop. This worked fine until yesterday. I can edit/update/remove attributes on all attributes except color. If I try to save the color attribute (with or without changes) magento do a logout and I have to login again. None of the changes are saved. I’ve tried to remove all colors, but I get the same behaviour.
I’ve checked the database structure but couldn’t find any faults. Now my questions:
1. How can I debug such issues, so I can fix them by myself?
2. How to fix such issues without deleting the attribute at all? It is used on allmost all articles in the shop.
System info:
- Debian Linux Etch
- Apache2 configured for mangento
- MySQL 5.0
- Magento: 1.2.1.2 issue started, update to 1.3.0 didn’t solve the issue
