Setting up Multiple stores

I’m researching Magento as a possible solution for a client, but they have a situation I haven’t run across before…

Basically, they want several substores that all use the same set of products - so create the product list in a main store and display all products in all stores. (It might be nice to disable products on a store-by-store basis.) Each store can set it own prices (above a min set globally). This could be done a few ways: % increase across the board or on a product by product basis. Stores are managed by separate admins. Each admin gets a % commission. Figuring out commissions isn’t terribly important but would be nice for each admin to be able to keep track.

Any suggestions on how to set this up in Magento if it’s possible at all? Thanks in advance!
