Magento

I’m using the Eway payment module with an Australian bank under Magento 1.2.1 and 99% of the time it’s working fine.

But every now and then I get this:

Reason
There has been an error processing your payment.Error: XML not formated correctly to eWAY standards. Reason:Reference to undefined entity ‘ldquo’. Error Code:-1072898046

I thought I had it pinned down to a particular group of customers (as in, all belong to a Magento Customer Group), but I’m not entirely sure that’s the problem.

Can anyone shed any light on what causes this (and a fix)?
